Our passion - nature
Out of conviction and passion for nature, we want to make our contribution to a more sustainable future. It is a challenge for us too, but we are convinced that many small steps can lead to a big one. One of our initiatives can be found at our breakfast buffet: where possible, plastic-free Genussviertel, milk and eggs from Vorarlberg, all meat and cheese products from Montafon suppliers or RR50 or from Austria.
Afternoon snack
In the Genussviertel, snacks such as freshly baked cakes or typical Austrian strudel, steaming soups for warmth from within or savoury delicacies shorten the time until dinner.

Children's pampering board
Pampering board for the little gourmets! Our children's pampering board (standard from 4 years) includes the following services: Breakfast buffet from the Genussviertel, afternoon snack, children's 3-course evening menu of choice
If the suggested children's menu does not meet the taste of every young guest - no problem! We have our regular children's menu ready and will be happy to serve you alternative dishes for a relaxed dinner.
If the young guests are real gourmets, we are happy to serve the big guests' menu for small diners instead of the children's menu. Children up to the age of 3 are generally not served an evening menu, but can be booked at any time.
Tatar hat or cheese fondue
In winter, our hotel guests can enjoy the Tatar hat or the cheese fondue in the Vermala Alp as part of the Vermala pampering board on a desired evening instead of the evening menu. In summer, unfortunately, only the cheese fondue is available, but in the beautiful guest garden with panoramic views.
Included for bookings with gourmet board from 5 nights.
For short stays up to 4 nights, it can be booked in addition.
à la carte tip - for our hotel guests
For a change, hotel guests who have booked the pampering board can also dine à la carte in the Vermala Ursprung restaurant or book private dining in the Valisera gondolas. This is then offset against the evening menu and should be booked the day before at the latest.
