Regionality & Sustainability at the Breakfast Buffet
Our commitment to nature inspires us to make our own contribution towards a more sustainable future. It is a challenge for us too, but we believe that many small steps can lead to something meaningful. One of our initiatives can be found at the breakfast buffet: a Genussviertel that is as plastic-free as possible, milk and eggs from Vorarlberg, and all meat and cheese products sourced from Montafon suppliers, within our RR50 radius or from elsewhere in Austria.

Children’s Gourmet Board at Vermala
Gourmet board for our youngest food lovers. Our children’s gourmet board, which is included as standard from the age of 4, comprises: Breakfast buffet from the Genussviertel, Afternoon snack, Four-course children’s menu with a choice of dishes.
Should the suggested children’s menu not suit every young guest’s taste, that is no problem. Our regular children’s menu is also available, and we will be happy to serve alternative dishes for a relaxed evening meal.
For young guests who are already true food lovers, we can serve a smaller portion of the adults’ menu instead of the children’s menu. No evening menu is included as standard for children up to the age of 3, but it can be added at any time.
Cheese Fondue & Tatarenhut Instead of the Evening Menu
In winter, hotel guests who have booked the Vermala gourmet board can enjoy Tatarenhut or cheese fondue at Vermala Alp on one evening of their choice instead of the evening menu. During summer, only cheese fondue is available, served in the beautiful garden dining area with panoramic views.
Included for stays of 5 nights or more when booking with gourmet board.
For short stays of up to 4 nights, this experience can be added for an additional charge.
À-la-carte Dinner for Hotel Guests
For a little variety, hotel guests who have booked gourmet board can also dine à la carte at Restaurant Vermala Ursprung or reserve private dining in the Valisera gondolas. The value of the evening menu will be credited towards the meal. Reservations should be made no later than the previous day.
