Tatarenhut in Montafon
Experience sociable tabletop grilling on the hot Tatarenhut at Vermala Alp. Three different types of fillet are served – beef, pork and turkey – with a total of 250 g of meat per person. This is accompanied by potatoes, green leaf salad, three sauces and bread.
To finish, you can enjoy the double consommé, refined with sherry.

Our cheese fondue at Vermala Alp is prepared with authentic Swiss cheese. It is served with fresh bread, green leaf salad and a selection of accompaniments for dipping, such as mushrooms, vegetables and bacon. We are also happy to serve a vegetarian version without bacon.

Every Saturday, Chelijah - One-man Combo creates the perfect start to your winter holiday with vocals, guitar and foot percussion. Look forward to love, peace and rock ’n’ roll, with hits by The Beatles, Bob Dylan and Simon & Garfunkel.
Every Tuesday, Atze & Kurt bring the house to life. The two-piece band is well known throughout Montafon and delivers a true rock experience featuring blues, rock and country – from AC/DC to Guns N’ Roses.

A Tip for Hotel Guests
In winter, hotel guests who have booked the Vermala gourmet board and are staying for 5 nights or more can enjoy a cheese fondue evening or Tatarenhut dining instead of the evening menu on one evening of their choice. In summer, only cheese fondue is available, served in the beautiful garden dining area with panoramic views.
For short stays of up to 4 nights, this experience can be added for an additional charge.
