Hochjoch Trail Park
One Trail Park, Three Lines
The three routes begin at an altitude of 1,850 metres and extend across almost seven kilometres, offering fun for the whole family. Safety is the highest priority, so wearing a helmet is compulsory. The lines: Hubertus Trail (easy), Kilka Wald Trail (intermediate) & Wolfsgruaba Trail (intermediate).

Evening Ride
Take one of our e-bikes and ride towards the Garfrescha Bahn valley station. Cross the River Ill directly after the lift and follow the tarmac road up to the Garfrescha Bahn mountain station. You are now in the heart of the traditional Maisäß village of Garfrescha at an altitude of 1,500 metres. Stop at Vermala Wirt for a drink, find a comfortable spot in the meadow and enjoy the sunset.

Full-Day Tour
Follow the cycle path by e-bike towards Gaschurn and turn into the Valscheviel Valley shortly after Mountain Beach. Continue past the Maisäß settlement and Alpe Valscheviel to Mardusa. Lock your bike there and continue on foot along the hiking trail towards Kessisee, following the signs for Heilbronner Hütte. With views of the Valschevieler Maderer, Kessisee is one of the most beautiful places in Montafon. From the lake, climb left towards the Gaschurner Winterjöchle and continue to Valschevieler Joch. The final few metres across unmarked terrain lead to the summit cross on Albona Kopf. To return to your bike, turn left at Valschevieler Joch and descend via Rossberg, or follow the same route back.

Ride your e-bike into Silbertal and continue past Gasthaus Fellimännle and Hasahüsli, following the wild River Litz into the Wasserstubental. After Straken Eck, shortly before the lower Wasserstubenalpe, the route branches off towards Gretschalpe. Lock your e-bike there at an altitude of 1,800 metres and continue on foot to Gretschersee at 1,960 metres. Those with energy to spare can climb further to the beautiful rounded summit of Fellimännle at 2,209 metres, where magnificent views extend across the lower and upper Silbertal. A stop at the lower Wasserstubenalpe is well worthwhile.

Set off directly from the hotel by e-bike towards the Montiel Maisäß settlement. Continue to Maisäß Sasarscha and then to the end of the forest road below Grappes Kopf at an altitude of 1,800 metres. Lock your e-bike there and continue on foot in wide bends through the young forest planted several years ago, passing between the avalanche barriers on the way to the summit cross of Grappes Kopf at 2,205 metres. Magnificent panoramic views await: the Silvretta mountains to the south, the Rätikon to the west and one of the most beautiful views of the Valschevieler Maderer to the east. This route is also suitable as a rewarding afternoon tour.

Mountain Bike Tour to Tübinger Hütte in the Garneratal

Begin at the hotel and follow the cycle path by e-bike towards Gaschurn. Shortly before the Versettlabahn valley station, turn towards Gaschurner Berg and continue past Lammhütta to the Rehsee middle station of the Versettlabahn. Continue towards the Lifinar Maisäß settlement. After a short descent, you will reach Ganeu in the secluded Garneratal. Follow the road up the valley until it ends at the material cableway valley station. From there, the final 230 metres of ascent to Tübinger Hütte are completed on foot. Return along the same route. The road from Ganeu directly to Gaschurn is also possible, although it is very steep. A peaceful tour through the wild and romantic Garneratal.

Full-Day Tour
Start at the hotel and ride your e-bike towards the crossroads in the centre of St. Gallenkirch. Turn right and cycle uphill past the Tanafreida Maisäß settlement before continuing to Grasjoch at 1,960 metres. Lock your bike at Grasjoch. From here, there are two options: Route 1: Walk around Scheimersch via Alpe Gues, the lower and upper Alp Gues lakes and Rossbergjoch before continuing to the summit. Route 2: Follow the direct route along a short section of the Wormser Höhenweg to the summit. Both options are highly rewarding, although the first route is considerably longer.

The hut enjoys a magnificent position at the foot of the Drei Türme and is one of the most frequently visited mountain huts in the valley. Continue for another two minutes to reach the beautifully situated Obere Sporaalpe. The route is also manageable for e-bikers who use their battery economically. Challenging Full-Day Tour
Begin at the hotel and follow the River Ill cycle path to Schruns before continuing to the church in Bartholomäberg. Ride onwards towards Rellseck and follow the signs to Alplegi. On reaching Alplegi at an altitude of 1,800 metres, you can look across the Klostertal towards the peaks of the Arlberg in the distance. Approximately 20 metres below Alplegi, turn left onto the hiking trail and continue on foot for around one hour towards Spitzguaf and Davenna Spitz. Climbing Zwölferkopf is not recommended. Return along the same route. Alpe Latons and Gasthof Rellseck offer welcoming places to stop for refreshments. Charging is available at Hotel Bergerhof near the church in Bartholomäberg. Please note that the climb from Tschagguns back to the hotel requires slightly more than one segment on the battery indicator.

Rewarding Full-Day Tour
Begin at the hotel and follow the River Ill cycle path to Partenen and the toll station of the Silvretta Hochalpenstraße. Use of the road is free of charge for cyclists. At hairpin bend two, turn into the Ganifertal. From here, the road is closed to motorised traffic. Follow the tarmac road past Alpe Ganifer, enjoying views of the Kops reservoir dam, and continue towards the Kops reservoir. Shortly below the reservoir at an altitude of 1,750 metres, a gravel road branches off to the left towards Alpe Verbella at 1,940 metres. The fresh buttermilk here is highly recommended. From Alpe Verbella, another 370 metres of ascent and 4.5 kilometres remain to Heilbronner Hütte. The tour is manageable for e-bikers who use their battery economically. Charging is available at Alpe Verbella during the alpine farming season and at Heilbronner Hütte. The return journey can be completed with almost no battery assistance.

Before reaching the Golmerbahn car park, turn left towards the Gauertal. Shortly before Gasthof Montabella, follow the signs towards Golm and Matschwitz. The route leads through forests and clearings to the beautiful Matschwitz Maisäß settlement. The sunny terrace at Berggasthof Matschwitz invites you to stop for delicious food and magnificent views across the valley basin of the outer Montafon. The tour is manageable for e-bikers who use their battery economically. Charging is available at Berggasthof Matschwitz. E-Bike Tour to Gandasee in Gargellen

Half-Day Tour
Begin at the hotel and follow the River Ill cycle path down the valley to the district of Galgenul. Turn onto the road leading to Gargellen. Once in Gargellen, continue to the far end of the Gargellen mountain lift car park. After crossing the Valzifenzbach bridge, a gravel road branches off and leads past the historic lime kiln towards Obwaldhütte. Do not take the turn towards Landal. You can continue as far as the Schafbergbahn mountain station or leave your bike behind Obwaldhütte at an altitude of 1,860 metres. From there, only another 140 metres of ascent and approximately 25 minutes on foot separate you from the crystal-clear Gandasee at the foot of the Madrisa. One of the most beautiful mountain lakes in the valley – swimming in the lake is permitted.
Bike & Hike: 1,150 m ascent | 15 km + return journey
Respect Your Limits & Protect Nature
Please Observe Cycling Restrictions – for the Sake of Our Wildlife
Cycling is not permitted in the following areas during the specified periods. Regular checks are carried out during these times.
- Upper Silbertal – Natura 2000 Verwall protected area: Between Almhütte Fellimännle and Silbertaler Winterjöchle, recommended seasonal restrictions apply from 16 September to 14 June. Cyclists are asked not to use this route during this period.
- Bartholomäberg: Due to essential red deer management, visitors are asked not to enter the area around Rellseck, Fritzensee and Fulateia from 10 October onwards during autumn, between 5.00 pm and 8.00 am.
- Gaschurn – Silvretta Bielerhöhe and Lake Silvretta: Cycling along the shore of Lake Silvretta is permitted only on the eastern side as far as the entrance to the Klostertal. Cycling is also prohibited on the path across the dam; the cycling route passes below the dam. A recommended time restriction applies to the route from the Silvretta Bielerhöhe to Wiesbadener Hütte and Klostertaler Umwelthütte between 10.00 am and 3.00 pm. Cyclists are asked to avoid the route during this period, as many walkers use the circular trail around Lake Silvretta. Hikers always have priority.
- Tschagguns - Tilisuna: Cycling on the Tilisuna service road is not permitted from 16 September to 15 October.
