Your tasks with us

• Preparing confirmations and general correspondence (offers, reservations, etc.)
• Selling rooms, offers, and table reservations by phone (incoming and outgoing calls)
• Processing reservations from various booking channels
• Managing the booking calendar and occupancy overview
• Actively recommending higher room categories (upselling)
• Check-in & check-out procedures, providing general information
• Preparing the daily morning newsletter
